The Beach (a.k.a. Hopeless Romantic)

          I made this quite some time ago, personally it was when I wanted to try a new technique of painting and well I am quite happy how it turned out. However the story I promised revolves around a move from one city to another. When I moved to the city I live now, I was pretty unhappy that I have to make this switch, I was leaving a great deal of things behind me and starting something new.

          So logically, when I moved, I felt I was stranded on a beach. Why, I also call it a hopeless romantic? Well, I take it as a 19th century romantic, looking at the sea and longing for something that you don't know what you are longing for... searching for a purpose  .. what does it inspire you?
